Modulight's high-power laser
product line consists of Watt-level laser diodes
aimed primarily at industrial, medical, scientific,
and defense applications.
The end-user applications
include:
- Processing of hard and soft material
- Surface ablation
- Target illumination and designation
- Range-finding
- Photodynamic therapy (PDT).
Modulight's products can be used as direct light
sources as well as indirectly e.g. through pumping
of solid state gain media, such as Nd:YAG.
